- Strategy Implementation: Deploy Go-to market strategies for various geographies, cultures, and career levels. Accordingly, also identify and cultivate relationships with leading research institutions, scientific organizations, and scientists globally to establish collaborative annual events and initiatives.
- Market Intelligence and Business Intelligence: Support monitor scientific trends, research and business developments, innovation opportunities relevant to the portfolio and programs being handled. Based on social listening and empathy mapping, the incumbent is expected to provide inputs to improve programs, products, and services.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Support, oversee and execute scientific conferences and symposia, especially in the virtual space, including theme selection, speaker invitation, and logistics management. Ability to prepare promotional creatives, and basic design sense.
- Scientific Outreach Support: Assist in organizing and conducting scientific outreach efforts, such as webinars and teleconferences and in-person events. This also includes developing presentations, infographics, write ups, and reports for online-offline interactions. The incumbent is expected to own the creation/curation of online content based on insights from customer research, internal stakeholders, and analysis of content consumption using templates and guidelines to adhere to brand, customer journeys, targeted personas, and creative platform guidelines. Support the implementation of nurture strategy for different programs and outreach efforts to drive engagement, that will include analyzing participants data, identifying patterns and able to present in visuals and infographics.
